The Master Screen
There are only three main screens in ChartWare Professional and this screen is your first - A master index or patient lookup. This screen allows for adding new patients and searching by first or last name. Once the patient is located, simply double-click that entry and your second screen, ChartWare Central appears.

The chart itself is organized so that a clinician may chart quickly. This is the power behind ChartWare . Anything you see here is entirely customizable. Outlines may be very extensive with many qualitative and quantitative modifiers, or they may be very simple. Lumper & splitter styles are easily accommodated.. Orders and prescriptions can be submitted to the ancillary providers via the Document Destination Manager (DDM) at the completion of the patient encounter.

"Template" based EMR systems don't work- 97% of all EMR systems that have been developed are “template” based. However, only 20% of those are actually in use today. Why?
